I updated Alessandro's bio just a bit to add some important-to-plot things between him and Edmund. While I have not updated the history, I did add a very small, developing talent in Dementation and also a developing derangement. Also removed celerity as it's not something he has used and it's not needed. Removed one point of Dominate because it was not needed.
